Syntax:

FileModDate(<"PathName">,
<needCreation>)

Returns the date of the last modification of the file in ticks, or empty ("") if there is an error.


"PathName" is the full pathname to the target.

<needCreation> can be true or false.  If it is true, the function will return the creation date, otherwise it will return the modification date.
